summer?

The off season has seen the grizzly crew all over the globe. From Frutia to Paris, from $1.00 PBRs to $75 GLASSES of whisky from biking slick rock to dirt biking Pipestone. I will be sure to update with some pics over the next few days of all our adventures. We said goodbye to some great friends and co-workers too, if you make it to Stanley ID look up Ryan and A-Lista, and if you happen to be in Aspen go see Johnny at Ute Mountaineering.

Most of the Grizzly crew is back for the summer waiting for the trails to dry out so we can finally ride some bikes!! Stop into the shop and check out all the new spring and summer gear from Mountain Hardware, Patagonia, Cloudveil, Marmot, Black Diamond and many others.

Great snow!!!

The great turns continue at Big Sky and Moonlight Basin!!!! This is a photo of Matt and I about to drop into some great snow in Great Falls!!! Most of the Grizzly crew was out today killing it all over the Mt. with the exception of Johnny Bananas who may be out for the season due to his 2nd ripped out BD binding (he rips too hard for BD). Anyway if your in the area come in and give him a hug he is very sad to be missing all the great end of the season powder.

Powder!!!

Yesterday turned out to be an amazing day of powder skiing for the Grizzly crew!!! This is a photo of Shanny Bananas ripping some pow on the LRT wall. If you didn’t make it out yesterday not to worry; the tram and ridge never opened so there are still plenty of face shots to be had.

So there are only 13 days left in the ski season for us and guess what; Mother Nature is giving us an amazing end of the season present. A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 6500 FEET REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 AM MDT WEDNESDAY FOR BEAVERHEAD. MADISON AND GALLATIN COUNTIES. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 8 TO 15 INCHES OF WET SNOWFALL ARE GENERALLY EXPECTED ABOVE 6500 FEET. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP TO 20 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 8000 FEET DURING THIS TIME. Come in and see us if you still need to get some last minute avalanche gear, if not we will see you on the ridge tomorrow!!!!!
